Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items.
We will process your request within 3 business days.
Once approved, we will promptly send you a replacement item and notify you via email.
For exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, a $9.90 USD shipping fee will be applicable.
Return and Refund Process:

If you wish to return an item for a refund within 30 days:

Ship the item to our designated warehouse.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Please allow 7-15 working days for the refund to reflect in your credit card account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
